This is a dinner course where you can enjoy hot pot.The salt pot uses a unique salt (Kaiyo Deep Sea Salt) that is a blend of five types of salt.The miso hotpot is made using an original miso (yokozuna miso) that is extremely stamina-boosting and is a secret recipe that has been passed down for generations in sumo stables.Both are our proud dishes that we hope you will enjoy.
